Terms of Use

You may use the Services for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes: to learn about our stores, products, food and services, to read our specials, to contact us and to apply for a job. You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Services or the servers that run them
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, to the admin tools, or to other people's information
• use automated tools to copy the Services at scale, except for ordinary search-engine indexing
• submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms

Prices, product availability, store hours and menu items shown on the Services may differ by store and can change without notice. In-stock information is updated periodically and is not a guarantee that an item is on the shelf. Please check with your store before making a special trip.

We try to keep the Services accurate, but typographical, photographic and pricing errors can happen. We may correct them at any time, and the price at the register in our stores controls.

Weekly specials and other promotions are valid only on the dates shown, while supplies last, and at the participating stores shown. Quantity limits may apply. We may change or end a promotion at any time. Images are for illustration and the product you receive may look different.

Store ratings and reviews on the Services come from Google. They reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them, not ours. We do not control Google's content and are not responsible for it.

The Services, including the Joong Boo Market name and logo, text, photographs, graphics, videos and design, belong to Chicago Food Corp. or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share links to the Services for personal use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

When you send us a message, newsletter sign-up or job application, you promise that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy, and job applications are covered by the Candidate Privacy Notice, both available at /policies.

The Services link to and rely on services we do not operate, such as Google, delivery partners (Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub), Instacart, the Apple App Store, Google Play and social media. Their content, products and terms are their own. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components.

Nothing on the Services is professional advice. Product descriptions, ingredient and allergen information on the Services may be incomplete. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, read the product label and ask our staff in store.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Chicago Food Corp. and its owners, employees and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights in our stores under our store policies or under law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you agree to their jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the new terms.
